MacOS/Web based Data Analysis Software for Stock Market

I'm looking for a software developer who can create a MacOS application/Web Application that pulls data from the NSE and BSE. The software will need to calculate various financial metrics, including earnings EPS and current PE, and forecasted PE based on guidance from conference calls. It should be able to compare these metrics with previous quarters and the same quarter from the previous year for all listed entities.
Key Features:
- Calculation of index level EPS and PE comparisons based on a provided index and its constituents.
- Identification of stocks that have performed well compared to previous quarters and the same quarter from the previous year based on specified parameters.
The software should have a web-based user interface and be able to pull specific data points from the stock exchanges, including stock prices, market capitalization, quarterly results, conference call transcripts, and the sector to which each stock belongs.
Ideal skills and experience:

- Previous experience with financial software development is highly desirable.
