We are building a closed, loyalty platform.

The platform will allow:
*Verified employees to access exclusive deals
*Retail partners to publish deals and view redemption analytics
* Companies to manage employee access
*This is a Progressive Web App (PWA) designed for mobile-first, low-data usage, and multilingual support.

6. Wallet & Payout System
The platform should include a basic internal wallet system for users to receive cash or credit payouts for approved activities (e.g. survey participation).

Wallet Requirements:

Wallet balance per user
Admin-controlled crediting (no user top-ups)
Transaction history (credits & withdrawals)
Minimum withdrawal threshold
Fraud controls (one payout per survey)
Payout Logic (Phase 1)
Payouts initiated by Admin
Manual or semi-automated payout methods:
EFT
Mobile money
Voucher-based payout (optional)
System must be payment-provider ready for Phase 2 (API integration later)

No in-app payments for users
Partner billing handled manually or via invoice
