Long-Term Software Consulting Partnership - LATAM Developers and QA Professionals
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am building a small international software consulting partnership and am looking for reliable software developers and QA professionals based in Latin America.
The goal is to manage multiple client projects through a structured consulting-team model. Responsibilities will be divided among team members according to their technical skills, communication ability, availability, and project requirements.
Depending on the engagement, you may serve as the primary client-facing engineer. This could include attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, demos, technical discussions, and other scheduled client meetings. The rest of our delivery team may support the project through development, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, code reviews, and ticket completion.
This arrangement will always be transparent and permitted by the client. We will present ourselves as a consulting team and will respect all client requirements related to confidentiality, intellectual property, working hours, security, subcontracting, and outside employment.
Compensation
Before we secure an active client engagement, there is no full-time salary commitment.
Once you are assigned to an active project, you will receive a fixed monthly payment of approximately $500 to $1,000 USD, depending on:
Your responsibilities
The number of required meetings
Your technical contribution
The project workload
Your communication skills and availability
Additional project revenue may be shared separately, potentially using a 50/50 profit-sharing model after agreed project expenses. The exact fixed payment, revenue-sharing percentage, meeting responsibilities, working hours, and delivery expectations will be discussed and agreed upon before accepting each project.
This model may allow us to support several consulting engagements while distributing the workload across a coordinated team instead of placing every meeting, ticket, and technical responsibility on one person.
We already collaborate with technical and nontechnical professionals who support consulting projects through coordinated schedules and clearly assigned responsibilities.
Preferred Candidates
Must be based in Latin America
Software development, QA, automation, DevOps, data, cloud, or AI experience
Good written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and professional communication
Comfortable attending client meetings when assigned
Able to work collaboratively with a distributed team
Honest, dependable, and interested in a long-term partnership
