Long Term Remote Developer
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a fast-growing software startup that ships custom solutions for clients around the world. You will plug directly into our core engineering workflow, committing production-ready code, joining daily video stand-ups, and documenting every technical decision in clear C1/C2-level English.
The position is full-time and fully remote. We start with a paid onboarding phase (USD 200–300 per month while you learn our work and processes). Once you demonstrate consistent quality and communication, monthly compensation moves beyond USD 2 000 with room for further increases tied to impact.
Our projects touch several languages but we value adaptability and sound engineering principles over any single framework. Git, GitHub Actions, automated testing, and an Agile cadence form the backbone of our workflow.
