Hospital Management Software with ABDM Integration
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need a comprehensive hospital management application that works seamlessly with the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) ecosystem—Health ID creation, consent-based data exchange, and FHIR-based interoperability must all be native parts of the platform.
Scope of the build
The solution will ship with three fully functional core modules:
• Patient Management – Electronic Medical Records (EMR), patient admission & discharge workflows, and full patient-history tracking, all mapped to ABDM identifiers.
• Billing & Invoicing – Insurance-claim generation, automated invoicing, and real-time payment tracking, with claim data automatically pulled from the patient record to minimise manual entry.
• Appointment Scheduling – Slot management, doctor calendars, and SMS/WhatsApp reminders tied back to the patient profile.
Key expectations
• ABDM integration must pass the current sandbox compliance tests and be ready for production onboarding.
• Data exchange should follow FHIR R4 wherever mandated.
• Role-based access, audit logs, and straightforward UI/UX are critical for quick staff adoption.
• Source code, installation scripts, and technical documentation are to be delivered for on-premise as well as cloud deployment.
Acceptance criteria
1. Demonstrated end-to-end creation of an ABDM Health ID from within the app.
2. Successful insurance claim file generated and exported in the required payer format.
3. Appointment booked, updated, and cancelled with corresponding notifications sent.
4. All modules pass user-acceptance testing in a live pilot environment.
Deliverables will be reviewed module by module, with sign-off at each stage before moving to the next.
