I manage ongoing U.S. consulting engagements that urgently call for senior-level Software Developers. To keep pace with client demand, I need a seasoned staffing recruiter who already understands the U.S. market and can move quickly from sourcing to submission.
Scope of work
• Focus first on senior Software Developer profiles—candidates who can step straight into complex, client-facing projects.
• Typical tech stacks my clients ask for include Java, Python and C#, so recent, hands-on depth in at least one of those languages is essential when you screen.
• Many of the openings accept OPT EAD candidates; please leverage your network within the international student community to surface qualified talent.
• While the immediate priority is developers, new requisitions for Network Engineers, Cyber Security Engineers, Project/Program Managers and Business Analysts / Scrum Masters are in the pipeline, so versatility is a plus.
What I need from you
– A steady flow of pre-qualified résumés with brief screening notes and rate/visa details.
– Coordination of interviews and rapid follow-ups so I can present talent to clients the same day if required.
– Clear, prompt communication on candidate status inside whatever tools you prefer—ATS, Excel tracker, or even Slack—so the process stays transparent.
Success here looks like at least a handful of strong senior-developer submissions each week that convert to interviews, keeping my delivery timelines intact and clients happy. If you already recruit in the U.S. tech space and have reliable OPT EAD pipelines, we should be able to ramp up fast.
