Help with OBS and switching livestream cameras

I need someone to teach me how to use OBS when livestreaming with multiple cameras. I work at a livestreaming company and need to figure out how to use OBS to livestream over the phone. Things I need to learn
- switching between cameras
- livestreaming through the phone using OBS
- we do not use an RTMP key but OBS is connected through our admin panel
