Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I would like quiz question answers, about someone’s health, to be represented visually in a wheel/circle that is colour coded in 4 differing wedges so that the participant can get a quick visual reference of their health status.
This wheel then will not only represent their symptomology but also their treatment focus and health priorities.
I need this wheel to be accessed online, and inputted information stored in clients health profile.
I am a privately funded start up and have limited funds. Please let me know costs in developing this feature. I’m not sure if this is best as software development or app development. Thanks for your consideration, Holly
