Golf improvement software application needed -- 2

I please need help first with a rather simplified version of a patent-pending system (software element) largely for golf to help improve swing and/or clubfitting performance. After foundational success, the base application can be further built upon with additional features currently envisioned.

The 3D orientations of each hand need to be accurately tracked independently over the course of a swing, and their resultant orientations/angles displayed and compared against each other. (A desktop version is initially preferred for development purposes, with a mobile version thereafter anticipated.)

Simple vectors can be used to represent the hands, initially placed directly over one another for better comparisons. With just orientations needed to be highly successful, orientation (sensor) point locations along the vectors/hands can fundamentally be fixed at the center of a display. The representations should be rotatable on the (2D) display for viewing various 3D perspectives. And differences in orientations between the hands from various viewpoints, which can be quite different even for the same (paused) point of a swing, should be visually displayed (along with mathematically calculated).

Basic functions should also include the ability to record, playback, and pause swing data so it can be seen and analyzed from various perspectives at any given point. A taring function might be included to optionally align the hands at a determined start of a swing to account for imperfect sensor placements for example.

There have been a few failures to date (partly my fault). But resultantly I now have some devices and other information that could help. The most recent contractor was otherwise terrific, but he initially tried to develop a wireless protocol. Apparently more complex than something like Bluetooth used previously, it could not be developed successfully. So we could never even get to see any foundational functions of the needed application to see if any of it worked decently and successfully.

With his help, though, I do have a couple of usable breadboarded sensors comprising ESP32 and MPU6050. (With guidance I can use any other preferred sensor instead). Initially powered by USB, there is a battery connector on the ESP. Sensor firmware programming was done via VS Code, so I have gained a bit of practice using that. The desktop application attempt was I think done in some version of C and using Qt. Previous attempts "might" have been in Python, and I do not know what might be better for the shorter and/or longer terms of project development and expansion.

I should hopefully have all the code developed by the previous contractor for reference, as well as select exhibits from other previous contractor attempts that might be helpful. I can consider project or hourly quotes/estimates.
