GAP Analysis & Finalization of Streaming Platform

We are seeking an experienced software development team or technical consultancy to conduct a comprehensive GAP analysis of an early-stage streaming platform that includes social networking mechanics and creator monetization tools, and to complete the missing requirements for launch.

The platform has been currently developed and has been partially built using ai coding tool called Google Antigravity. We are looking for a team capable of evaluating the existing architecture, scalability, performance, and product readiness, and identifying technical gaps between the current implementation and a production-ready platform.

The system is designed as a creator economy platform for independent filmmakers, combining a Netflix-style streaming experience with social networking features and monetization tools.

Scope of Work

The selected team will perform a full technical and architectural review, including but not limited to:

1. Codebase & Architecture Review
- Evaluate the current frontend and backend architecture
- Assess code quality, maintainability, and modularity
- Identify technical debt and refactoring requirements
- Review system architecture for scalability and performance

2. Infrastructure & Data Layer Analysis
- Review database design and schema structure
- Analyze Supabase / PostgreSQL architecture
- Evaluate authentication, storage, and API usage
- Identify optimization opportunities

3. Video Infrastructure Assessment
- Review streaming architecture using Bunny.net CDN
- Analyze:

4. Platform Feature Evaluation
- Assess readiness of key platform components:
- Video streaming system
- Creator film pages
- Social interaction features
- User authentication and profiles

5. Security & Compliance Review
- Authentication security
- API access patterns
- Data privacy considerations
- Potential vulnerabilities

6. Scalability & Production Readiness
- Provide recommendations for:

7. Technical Roadmap
- Deliver a prioritized technical roadmap outlining:
