Excel Add-in (C#) for Comparing Report Versions with PDF Preview

Project Description:
I need a custom Excel add-in developed in C# (not VBA) that allows users to compare two different versions of a report file and highlight the differences. The add-in must be delivered as a secure .DLL and an .MSI setup installer for deployment.
Key Requirements:
Excel Integration:
Add a custom button in Excel’s ribbon.
When clicked, open a UI screen to upload two versions of a report file.
Comparison Feature:
After uploading, clicking "Compare" should display the differences side-by-side with changes clearly highlighted (insertions, deletions, modifications).
Provide an option to view all differences in a single consolidated screen and export a summary report.
PDF Preview Pane:
After exporting differences to Excel, a PDF preview pane should appear on the right side of Excel.
The preview must support:
Zoom in/out
Page navigation
Search within the PDF
When a user clicks a specific cell (e.g., A2), the related section of the PDF should automatically highlight in the preview.
Deployment:
Deliver as a secure signed .DLL and .MSI setup file for easy installation.
Deliverables:
Secure .DLL and .MSI setup installer
Source code (C#) with documentation
Fully functional Excel add-in meeting all requirements
Skills Required:
C# Office Add-in development
Experience with VSTO or COM Add-ins
Knowledge of PDF viewing libraries (integrated with Excel)
Secure code signing and installer creation
Notes:
VBA solutions are not acceptable.
