Project Description
This is a long-term enterprise software project. We are looking for an experienced software architect or development company with a proven track record in delivering enterprise SaaS solutions for government, industrial, infrastructure, or utility organizations.
We are seeking an experienced software architect or enterprise software development company to develop a scalable Enterprise Asset Governance Platform for government entities, utilities, infrastructure operators, and industrial organizations.
The platform will initially be developed as a web-based enterprise application, with a roadmap for future mobile applications.

The successful development partner must agree that all source code, documentation, database schema, APIs, UI/UX designs, technical documentation, and all intellectual property developed under this project shall become the exclusive property of Asset Guard Technologies.

The initial engagement may begin with a paid discovery and solution architecture phase. Following successful completion, the selected partner may be invited to undertake the full development project
This project has the potential to evolve into a long-term strategic partnership for future enhancements, maintenance, and additional enterprise modules.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be required before detailed functional specifications and technical documentation are shared with shortlisted candidates.
