End-to-End Recruitment Software Build
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I need a bespoke recruitment platform that carries an applicant from first contact right through to payroll, all inside one fluid workflow.
The core functionality has four pillars:
• A robust Applicant Tracking System that lets me capture, parse and progress every application while maintaining a clear audit trail.
• Smart Interview Scheduling with calendar sync (Outlook, Google, Apple), automated reminders and simple drag-and-drop re-booking.
• Full Onboarding Management so new hires can sign documents, complete checklists and gain system access without paperwork bottlenecks.
• Allocations & Payroll tools that assign hires to cost centres, calculate pay components and export clean data to my existing payroll engine through CSV or an open API.
The system must cover all recruitment stages—pre-screening, interview & evaluation, final selection and offer—without forcing me to jump between separate apps. It also has to run smoothly on Windows desktops and be easily usable from mobile devices, whether that’s via a responsive web interface or light native app; I’m open to whichever route delivers the best experience.

• Compiled Windows installer and mobile-friendly front-end
• Source code in a private repository with build instructions
• Configuration, admin and user documentation
• Walk-through video showing a candidate progressing from application to first payroll run
• Thirty-day post-launch support for bug fixes
Acceptance criteria: a live demo where I can create a vacancy, receive an application, schedule and record an interview, issue an offer, onboard the hire and generate a payroll export—all without errors and with each screen loading in under two seconds on a standard 4G connection.
