I need a complete on-prem or cloud-hosted solution that mirrors Teramind’s depth of insight. The heart of the project is a silent Windows agent delivered as a single .exe; it must stream the user’s screen live, take automatic interval screenshots, capture every keystroke, and mirror sent/received email bodies and headers from both Gmail and Outlook. All of this data has to feed a secure backend in near-real time so I can watch sessions, search keylogs, or replay recordings on demand.
Productivity analytics must go beyond simple time tracking. I want comprehensive behaviour analysis that scores active versus idle periods, highlights detailed application and website usage, flags social-media time—Facebook in particular—and then rolls it all into easy-to-read productivity scores.
Because risk mitigation is a priority, the system needs a rule-based alert engine. It should instantly raise alerts for data-theft indicators (file exfiltration, large copy-paste events, unauthorised external drives) and suspicious app usage (unapproved messaging tools, system settings tampering, encryption utilities). Rules should be editable from the dashboard so I can tune thresholds or add new patterns without touching code.
Access to information must respect company hierarchy: Super Admin sees everything, managers see only their teams, and fine-grained toggles decide who can view recordings, keylogs, or email content. All administration happens through a responsive web portal—charts, heatmaps, timelines, and downloadable reports included.
Core deliverables:
• Windows agent (.exe) with auto-update, secure transport (TLS), and low CPU footprint
• Scalable backend (API + database) to ingest and store recordings, logs, screenshots, and metrics
• Web dashboard (modern SPA—React, Vue, or similar) with role-based access control and custom alert builder

• Source code, build scripts, deployment guide, and basic test dataset for acceptance
