Development of a desktop application for screening TradingView

Hi Everyone!
I’m looking for an experienced developer who can design a desktop application for windows.
The application would have to screen thousands of equities/ shares, commodities and FX charts based on my indicators setup (was coded in pine script)
The app/ tool should be designed in a way that it is semi-automated, meaning when I run the tool, it starts screening and spits out the relevant assets with my indicator setup at that point of time.
I have assigned 4 weeks for this project.
