Development of Battery-powered Dosing Pump System

We are working on a project where we need a Project Engineer to Develop Hardware / Software to operate a Battery Owered Dosing Pump to inject Fuel Additive Chemical in Diesel Tank of a Truck.

Dosing Pump on Trucks which will inject Fuel Additive to Diesel each time whenever Diesel is filled in Fuel Tank of Truck. Details as below,

1. Equipment: Peristatic Dosing Pump Electronic Control, Motor should operate on 12VDC / 24VDC Power
2. Place of Installation: Truck /Trailors
3. Rate of Dosing: 0.5 ml to 100ml Single dose / Application.
4. Controls: Automatic through Screen, Buttons on Pump or advanced interface with Mobile Phone.
5. Equipment along with Peristatic Dosing Pump : Skid for 5Lt Additive Tank,

6. Piping: with in Skid, Additive Tank to Dosing Pump. From Dosing pump to Diesel Tank inlet pipe.
7. Warning: Skid should give Warning light for low level of Additive in Tank.
8. Interface : with Vehicle starting system / Diesel Pump

We are looking for Development of Skid System as per our requirement mentioned above.
