Developer & Remote Support Needed

I run a distributed team that juggles coding tasks and day-to-day operational support for several ongoing projects. There are two flexible ways you can jump in—development work if you are comfortable discussing tasks in English, or behind-the-scenes remote support that fits around your current schedule if your English is limited. Because I selected “Both” in the role question, feel free to combine the two: contribute code when you can speak with me directly, and take on support chores when that suits you better.

For fluent English speakers, assignments will range from feature implementation and bug fixing to light code review. Payment scales with the effort you put in and the hours you log. If you prefer minimal conversation, I’ll route tasks such as testing, data entry, basic research or localized content checks to you and agree on timelines that do not interfere with your main job.
