Developer Job Interviewer needed

I’m looking for an experienced technical interviewer who can step in and run the entire interview process for several developer roles we are currently hiring for. Your background should include hands-on software development plus prior experience screening engineers, so you can quickly gauge both practical coding ability and problem-solving approach.

We are applying US jos with our Linkedin account and can make many interviews.
You will handle interviews (introductory, tech and final) behaviour of us (pretend to be him).

This is profit sharing role (25% sharing after get job)
