Desktop database application solution for 30 million records

I've got more than 50 Excel files that total 30 million lines of data. I need a desktop-based solution to import these files and then manage the data in a central place. I'm not a programmer but I'm an advanced windows user. Each file is around 300 MB. I'm envisioning something like a desktop version of SQL, but something user friendly.

Once the data is all imported into a central DB I'd like to be able to perform lookups or sorting/filter functions and then export the selected data into a CSV.
