Desktop app, similar to Google Classroom

I have a project to develop a desktop application, similar to Google Classroom. This application should be accessible to both teachers and students with an authentication system. Teachers can upload lectures, check tests and create tests (for creating tests, you can take a prototype of Google Forms). Students can take tests, view lectures and check their test scores. There should be registration but simple, without email confirmations or etc, just save login and password to database, something like that. Language of your choice.
