Desktop Stock Screener

Wanting a desktop stocker screener developed. I have up to 10 different mathematical calculations I want to screen against 11 markets. I would also like the ability to adjust the calculations/screening metrics if required. For example: scanning an exchange for shares that have an 'Earning per Share' of 7% or more. I would like to adjust this 7% up or down as required.

New York Stock Exchange - NYSE
Nasdaq - NASDAQ
Tokyo Stock Exchange - TSE
London Stock Exchange - LSE
Shanghai Stock Exchange - SSE
Hong Kong Stock Exchange - HKEX
Toronto Stock Exchange - TSX
Bombay Stock Exchange - BSE
BM&F Bovespa (Brazil) – B3
Australian Stock Exchange – ASX
New Zealand Stock Exchange - NZX

The data required to complete these calculations will be collected from publicly available websites (i.e. Yahoo finance, tradingview, Google finance). The screener will also complete the same calculations against past years, not just current. Also need to be able to filter output (passed criteria, failed criteria, rank, etc), or downloaded into excel to filter.
