Decrypt voice messages from whatsapp

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me decrypt WhatsApp voice messages.
I use an API that receives and send whatsapp messages. The voice messages are sent through the API with a link to access an .enc file anda a mediaKey to decrypt the file.
I need an API that will receive these informations (link to file and mediaKey) and will return the voice message decrypted, as a base64
Requirements:
