Database Systems
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have a concept that needs to become a fully working desktop application for Windows. The functional idea is clear on my side; I will share the detailed specification with you as soon as we open the project (an NDA is fine if you prefer).
Here is the ground I need you to cover:
• Recommend the most suitable Windows-friendly stack (C#, .NET, C++, Electron, or another you trust) and explain why it fits.
• Build the application end-to-end, including a clean installer that works on Windows 10 and 11.
• Keep the code comprehensible, commented, and version-controlled from day one.
• Hand over a concise user guide and walk me through the build steps so I can reproduce the executable myself.
Acceptance criteria:
• The installer runs on a fresh Windows 10/11 machine and places the program in its proper folders.
• All agreed features perform as specified, with no critical errors or security warnings.
• Source compiles without modification on a standard developer setup you document.
When you reply, please mention one or two Windows projects you have shipped, the stack you plan to use here, and how long you expect the first working build to take. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
