We want to set up a software development team for custom product development. You will provide the recruiting, hiring and management, and ensure productivity and performance according to our requirements.
We require very strong (this is absolutely essential and not negotiable. If you can't do this, please move on to another project) senior and junior developers and we will make the selections. Our requirements have complex business logic and our standards are very high. You must be comfortable searching and recruiting the best, and providing the support and work environment so they can deliver the best.
We will provide the senior supervisor(s) to do the architecture, design, guidance, code review and performance measurement for the developers. Since interviews, tests and past performance are insufficient to verify developers capabilities, we must be able to terminate low capability and low performance developers within 3 months of hiring without notice.
This is a long term relationship and there are opportunities to add BPO services for other non-development staff if interested.
We will pay you the actual salaries of the developers in PKR + 35% for taxes, facilities, equipment, internet connectivity, recruiting, meals, transport, benefits etc. On top of this, you will be paid 20% gross profit for management and return on investment. Payment will be made monthly.
Our immediate requirement is 5 developers to start now, 25 more in January and another 20 in February. You may have heard what Elon Musk said he expected from his developers at Twitter. We have a similar philosophy and the developers must be willing to work 80 hour weeks for sustained periods under very tight deadlines and under extreme pressure. Developers must provide proof of previous salary with their paychecks and we must be able to verify performance with previous employers.
Us - we are a startup in the US healthcare environment and building some novel products. This is an enterprise scale SaaS project. There is considerable development already done which needs to be extended and completed, followed by new projects.
