I am building a dedicated antivirus solution exclusively for Windows and need an experienced developer to take it from concept to stable release. The core requirements are straightforward but critical:
• Native Windows application that installs cleanly on current consumer and professional editions.
• Integrated firewall module so users can manage network rules without leaving the main console.
• Flexible scheduling so scans can be set to run at chosen times or system events.
• Virus-definition engine that supports both automatic background updates and a manual “check now” button, with clear status reporting.
• Intuitive, lightweight interface that won’t overwhelm non-technical users yet still exposes advanced settings.
• Signed installer, comprehensive documentation, and full source code on hand-over so I can continue maintenance internally.
Experience with Windows kernel hooks, Win32/Win64 APIs, driver signing, and established malware-detection libraries will be vital. If you have previously shipped security products, please mention the stack you used and any certifications achieved; code samples or demo builds are welcome.
