My goal is to design and build a bespoke software solution that serves a clearly defined set of user needs. At this stage key decisions—platform, language, framework, hosting architecture—are still open, so the first milestone will centre on a joint discovery session. From there we will agree on the most suitable tech stack and draft a detailed technical roadmap before moving into iterative development.

• Work-in-progress source code in a private repo, updated each sprint
• Deployment-ready build plus environment setup notes
• Concise user & admin documentation
Clean, well-commented code, transparent communication, and the ability to explain trade-offs to a non-technical stakeholder will be key acceptance criteria for each hand-over.
