Custom CRM for $10M Revenue
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
My objective is clear: build a tailor-made Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will help me reach a total sales revenue of 10,000,000. The heart of this project is software development; I’m looking for a robust, scalable solution rather than an off-the-shelf package.
Key goals
• Centralise every lead, prospect, and customer interaction in one dashboard.
• Track the full sales funnel with real-time forecasting so I always know how close we are to the 10 M target.
• Generate actionable reports on team performance, conversion rates, and revenue progress.
Core requirements
1. Cloud-based architecture that can scale as volume grows.
2. Intuitive UI/UX for sales reps, managers, and admins.
3. Role-based access, secure data storage, and GDPR-compliant handling of customer data.
4. Seamless integration points (API or native) for email, calendar, and whichever e-commerce or payment gateways we decide to plug in.
5. Modular codebase so future enhancements—like marketing automation or AI-driven insights—can be added without a full rebuild.
Deliverables
• Functional CRM web application with source code.
• Deployment scripts/documentation for staging and production.
• User guide and basic onboarding materials.
• Post-launch support for initial bug fixes.
If you have a proven track record in CRM development and can translate sales strategy into practical, reliable software, I’d love to hear how you would tackle this challenge.
