US Credit Repair Automation Developer

I am lookin to hand-over the remaining product to develop to some one capable of completing this
project in timely manner.
The main purpose of this application is to automate the US credit repair process for the end user. I don't
know if you guys are familiar with the US credit system or have worked on similar application before
but if you have not let me explain the best I can...
There are 3 major credit reporting companies/bureaus in the US. (Equifax, TransUnion, and Experian.)
When you ask Banks to borrow you money for a car, business, personal or for a house these are the 3
companies this banks will go to see your previous borrowing history to determine your trustwrthiness
before they borrow you any amount of money. If you have any negative history on file with this 3
companies then it will affect your ability to get any amount of loan in the US.
Fortunately if you have any negative history with this companies you have the right to dispute this
negative account in your history with a written letter, then print the letters, and send this letters to this 3
credit reporting companies and hopfully within 30 they will fix it for you. (This is the process we are
trying to automate)
The simplified explanation of the application functions...
1/ Automatically generate 3 custom pdf letters using the API data we get from this credit reporting
companies. One letter per credit reporting companies.
2/ A second API integration with letter mailing service to give the user the ability to mail the just now
generated dispute letters without having to download, print and/or having to go to the post office with
just a click of a button.
