Create a software that can read camera information and via 4g send the camera files to the cloud

Hi, i´m looking for a developer that can make this project. I want to make a device that can be connected to a camera via usb or similar and this device should be able to upload the files that im taking to the cloud using a 4g connection. This could be a rasperry pi or something similar
