Create a software for OOH media planning

We are an OOH advertising agency dealing with multiple OOH media like billboards, LED signage, etc. We aggregate media from different media owners across India. We need a software where we want to keep Google Maps, census data, and other data sources in the back to plan a TG-specific media campaign.
