Convert 16bit DOS Program to 32-bit

I have an existing 16-bit DOS program that I need to convert to 32-bit, in order to run on FreeDOS-32. Unfortunately, the original functionality and specific features/tasks of the program have not been detailed, however, I do need the conversion to retain or improve the existing functionality.

Essentially, I am looking for a skilled developer with experience in DOS programming who can successfully convert this 16-bit program to 32-bit, ensuring it is compatible with FreeDOS-32.
