Controller macro

Hello, wondering if it is possible of creating something like creative minds devices? I have made a substantial amount of money selling just game packs for this device,(CronusZen) with good marketing it could defiantly be done. For the hardware side of the project it would have to be a device that can connect to all popular consoles, example PS5, XBOX. software is done by collective minds with a coding language created by them. GPC language which is similar to C++ with different syntax . The device would need an application to load different game packs / configs and be capable of holding up to 40,000 bytes of memory. This is just the very early stages of the project and I’m really looking for someone serious to try and figure out a way to achieve what they have created. And start something incredible!
