I am looking for an experienced developer to build a desktop application for TikTok Live that I can legally sell as my own commercial software.
This is not a personal project. The final product will be sold to multiple TikTok creators under my own brand, so ownership and source code are very important.

* Detect gifts in real time.
* Real-time leaderboard.
* Smooth animations optimized for TikTok Live.
* Attractive and modern user interface.
* Configuration panel with customizable settings.
* Support for multiple game themes (for example Horse Racing, Football, Bubble Battle, etc.).
* Modular architecture so additional games can be added in the future.
Admin Panel & License System
The software must include a complete self-hosted Admin Panel that allows me to:
* Create unlimited license keys.
* Monthly and yearly subscriptions.
* Set custom expiration dates.
* Extend, disable, reactivate, or delete licenses.
* View customer information.
* Manage licenses without relying on the developer’s server.
Technical Requirements
* Complete source code for every component.
* Modular and well-structured code.
* Backend must be self-hosted.
* Database included.
* Build instructions and documentation.
* Easy to maintain by another developer.
* TikTok integration separated from the game client (modular architecture).
Ownership
After final payment:
* I must own 100% of the source code.
* I must own the full intellectual property (IP).
* I must have full commercial rights.
* I must be able to modify, rebrand, and resell the software without restrictions.
* No royalties or recurring payments to the developer.
