Collaborative Software Learning Build

Job ID: 40250509

Budget: $2 – $8 USD

I’m an enthusiastic IT student with a strong interest in software development and a drive to build efficient, user-friendly applications while deepening my knowledge of modern tech stacks.

Project scope
My plan is to go through a complete development cycle together: clarifying requirements, choosing an appropriate stack (Python/Django, JavaScript/React, or Java/Spring Boot are all attractive options), writing clean code, and deploying a usable MVP. I’m flexible on whether the final product is web, mobile, or desktop; the choice can be guided by what best fits the idea we settle on.

Key collaboration points
- Shape a concise, real-world application idea that can be finished within a reasonable timeframe.
- Work in a pair-programming or well-documented pull-request style so I can understand every architectural and coding decision.
- Explain best practices, debugging strategies, and performance considerations as we progress.

Deliverables
- Fully commented source code in a Git repository.
- A running demo I can showcase in my portfolio.
- A clear README covering setup, usage, and key design choices.
- Basic unit tests for core logic.

Acceptance criteria
The application must build and run error-free on my machine, meet the agreed feature set, follow basic usability guidelines, and pass the included tests.

If you enjoy teaching as much as coding, this collaboration will be a great fit, and I look forward to creating something meaningful together.
