Build a web app for Risk Assesment
Budget: €1,500 – €3,000 EUR
We want to create a web app that will consist of a library with “Risk Assessment (RA)” documents that users will be able to use/fill, in order to asses a risk of an action that a vessel is going to take.
A company (user) will be able to create a case, then search and find one or more R.A. documents from the library to add to this case and according to the answers that a company will fill in the R.A. documents this case will have a risk score (low, medium, high)
The web app:
1. will allow users to add/edit/delete RA documents and store them in a library with categories and search
2. will allow super admin to add companies (users) and adjust administration/access privileges
3. will allow super admin to choose which type of RA documents will be visible to each company
4. will allow users to print/export RA documents to PDF and XLS (possibly import also)
5. will allow users to print/export reports of R.A. score
6. will have secure login and will send email and desktop notifications .
In addition
We need to allow users to work offline. Imagine that a user might be in a vessel somewhere in the Ocean so there is no internet connection. We want to allow them to store data and then when they have internet connection all data will be synced. Maybe by using a local app (for windows)
