Build me a software program

My plan is to insert any song into said software, and then the AI listens to the song and reads the lyrics. It then can produce a unique art work from the lyrics of the song. Something like "https://www.wombo.art/" but instead of one word, it is the entire lyrics. It would need to be a simple to use software that can be downloaded to the computer and requires no coding from the users side.
