Build Windows Desktop Application

I already have a fully documented API and need a Windows desktop application that consumes it smoothly. Your task is to create a reliable, user-friendly executable that interacts with the endpoints I supply, handles all requests and responses gracefully, and displays the data in a clean interface.

You are free to choose the stack you are most comfortable with—C#/.NET (WPF or WinForms), Electron, or another Windows-friendly framework—so long as the final program runs natively on current Windows versions, installs easily, and requires no extra licensing costs.

Deliverables
• Compiled Windows installer (.exe or .msi)
• Complete, well-commented source code
• Brief README covering build steps, environment, and any third-party libraries
• Basic user guide that explains setup, key screens, and error handling

Acceptance criteria
• Application connects to my API endpoints and returns expected data without crashes or unhandled errors
• All UI elements respond quickly and remain usable on standard 1080p resolution
• Network errors and bad responses are caught and surfaced to the user with clear messages
• Final build is virus-free and passes Windows SmartScreen without warnings

Once we sign the NDA, I will forward the API reference, sample payloads, and test credentials so you can start immediately.
