Build a Windows Application that reflect a Portal Website

I am looking to build a Windows Application that reflect a portal website. The portal website is Xibo. Please, access Xibo to have an understanding about the solution. So, the Windows application will run the browser in the background and it will read all the pages and reflect them in the Windows application. Also, whatever fields are filled and buttons are pressed in the Windows application it need to reflect in the background browser to execute what it need to be executed. Finally, the Windows application need to have an appealing GUI.
