Build a No-Code/Low-Code Sales Route Optimizer & Lead Tracker (Airtable + OpenRouteservice)

Job Description:
I need a simple, functional tool to help my sales team prioritize construction sites and plan efficient daily driving routes. The budget is fixed, so I am looking for someone who can leverage no-code tools (Airtable, Softr/Glide) and free/open-source APIs (OpenRouteservice) rather than building everything from scratch.
Core Requirements:
Data Storage: Set up an Airtable base to store construction site data (address, project value, permit date, contact info). This will be imported manually via CSV.
Lead Scoring: Create Airtable formulas to automatically calculate a "priority score" for each site based on rules I provide (e.g., project value over $500k = +10 points, permit date within 3 months = +20 points).
Geocoding & Routing: Connect Airtable to the OpenRouteservice API (free) to:
Convert addresses to coordinates (geocoding).
Generate optimized driving routes that visit multiple sites in the most time-efficient order.
Mobile Dashboard: Build a simple mobile-friendly web app using Softr or Glide (connected to Airtable) where the salesperson can:
See a list of prioritized sites for the day.
View the optimized route order.
Click a button to copy all site details (address, phone, email) to the clipboard for pasting into our existing forms.
Mark sites as "visited" and add short notes.
What I Will Provide:
Sample CSV data for testing.
The exact scoring rules.
Access to Airtable and Softr/Glide (you can use your own accounts for development, or I will create logins).
Budget: Fixed budget of $600 CAD . Payment via Milestone.
Timeline: 3–4 weeks maximum.
Ideal Freelancer:
Experienced with Airtable (formulas, interfaces, automation).
Experienced with Softr or Glide (no-code app building).
Basic API knowledge (to connect Airtable to OpenRouteservice via tools like Make/Integromat, or a simple Python script if needed).
Good English communication.
