Bqe Core API Integration with Payment Gateway

I'm looking for a skilled software developer to integrate Bqe Core API Integration with Payment Gateway. The integration must be done smoothly to ensure seamless transactions.
Key Requirements:
- Allows user registration and login (one general login and then user selects its its name via drop down list and does input)
- Enables timesheet entry (hours worked, project/task details) - hours and memo for those hours, projects info is being pulled from software via api
