Block Some Links in My Online Shop to My Employees

I have Etsy shops. I don't want my employees to see the finance, listing, advertisement sections. I want to give them access only for the messaging section. I want to put block for the other sections while they login to my shop. Please see the attached picture. In the first one there is arrow and you can click the links while in the other you cannot click the links. That is exactly what I am looking for.
