Bilingual Spanish-English Technical Coordinator / Software Consultant (LATAM)

We are a growing software development team expanding into Latin American markets and working with both LATAM and US-based clients.

We are looking for a bilingual professional from LATAM who:

- Speaks fluent Spanish (required)
- Has strong English communication skills
- Understands software development concepts and technical discussions
- Can help bridge communication between clients and our engineering team

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who also enjoys client communication and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with LATAM clients in Spanish
- Participate in meetings with US and international clients in English
- Help translate business and technical requirements between clients and developers
- Assist with project coordination and client follow-ups
- Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Support software delivery communication and documentation
- Collaborate closely with our development and management teams
