BTC ADDER UP TO 10 BTC/DAY

I'm looking for someone to create a BTC adder up to 10 BTC/day. The purpose of the project is to send bitcoins in other wallets. I do not have a program for this purpose, so I need help creating one. For this project, I will need software development services and someone who is able to understand bitcoins programming. The adder must be able to add up to 10 BTC/day.
