Certificate Review with n8n
A web application needs to be developed that allows calibration certificates to be automatically reviewed using artificial intelligence. To achieve this, a workflow will be built in n8n.
The agent must receive multiple calibration certificates along with the ORT (Work Order) number. This will allow the agent to verify possible inconsistencies by comparing the certificate data with:
• Information obtained from the CRM (www.stelorder.com) via its API.
• Internal reference documents (in PDF or Google Sheets) organized in a Google Drive folder.
Additionally, a graphical interface must be developed that allows the following:
• Uploading calibration certificates (in PDF or XLS format).
• Entering the ORT number.
• Automatically creating the corresponding ORT folder in Google Drive
