Automated WhatsApp Task Scheduler

I need a lightweight Windows-based application that automatically sends our daily task reminders to each team member—and occasionally to the whole group—at a precise, pre-set time. Because we don’t have the WhatsApp Business API in place, I’m leaning toward a fully custom software solution instead of browser automation or an external gateway.

Here’s what matters most to me:
• A simple interface where I can create reusable message templates, pick individual contacts or a group, and choose the exact send time.
• Reliable background operation on Windows: once configured, it should fire off the messages without further input and provide a small log so I can confirm everything was delivered.
• Easy contact management—CSV import or any clear method you prefer is fine, as long as I’m not adding numbers one by one.
• Straightforward installation with minimal extra dependencies.

Acceptance criteria
1. Messages reach designated recipients through WhatsApp at the scheduled time for at least three consecutive days in a test environment.
2. I can edit recipients, message content, and schedule without altering code.
3. A delivery log confirms success or flags any failures.
