You will join calls from the very first inquiry, guide prospects through their technical questions, and make sure every conversation translates smoothly into concrete tasks for our developers. An advanced background in software development is essential because I expect you to recognise edge-case requirements, propose feasible solutions on the spot, and keep discussions grounded in realistic time and effort estimates.
Client management sits at the heart of this role. You will host discovery meetings, schedule and moderate technical interviews, and summarise outcomes so neither side is left guessing. When new leads arrive, you will support our business-development flow by qualifying them, clarifying scope, and noting any risks for the project managers to handle later.
