Administrative Task Automation Software (Cameroon)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a straightforward piece of software that will remove as much manual work as possible from our day-to-day administrative routines here in Cameroon. The goal is clear: repetitive data entry, paper-heavy form filling, basic reporting, and similar chores should happen with a click instead of an hour of paperwork.
A few practical notes to guide the build:
• It must automate core back-office tasks—think staff records, simple inventory logs, payment or receipt tracking—without forcing users to learn complicated menus.
• Internet connectivity can be patchy in some of our offices, so the solution should keep running offline and sync once a connection is available.
• French is our primary working language; an English toggle would be a plus but not essential.
• I am open to a lightweight desktop install, a web app that caches locally, or a hybrid approach—whichever guarantees speed and reliability on typical Cameroonian hardware.
Deliverables I expect:
1. An installable or deployable software package, fully tested on Windows PCs commonly found in local businesses.
2. A short user guide (PDF or built-in help) that walks staff through the automated workflows.
3. Source code and build instructions so future adjustments can be handled in-house.
