API IBAN Validation

I would like to build an API to validate international bank accounts (IBAN, SWIFT, Sort Code etc). I already have all BIG DATA, and had build this in Excel. A part of IBAN, the others is checking in the database that I will provide. For IBAN there is a role to validate, what I know and will provide this. I just need to develop this in website and have an API to integrate and others webs too.
