I would like a clickable image created that can be sent via text message to our customers.

I would like a 5 star clickable image to be created that I can send to my customers via text message. I would like the image to be 5 stars total if the customers click one of the first 3 stars I would like it to lead to a certain website that the customer can leave feedback. If the customer clicks the 4th or 5th star I would like it to lead the customer to our google listing.
