I want to make a telegram bot like unibot and banana gun or maestro .. i want something professional and very fast and will add more utilities to it too

I'm looking to have a professional and fast telegram bot built that will offer specific functionalities. The main feature of the bot is to allow users to snipe/ buy and sell orders with limits. Design preferences are open to any suggestions, however I am open to any ideas that the freelancer may present. This bot will need to be able to accommodate more than 500 users. It should include basic features such as being able to send and receive messages, schedule and send automated messages, and conduct polls and surveys. Additionally, the bot should include some extra functions which I am open to discuss further with the freelancer. The bot needs to be user-friendly and well designed, so it is ready for mass use. If the freelancer can offer guidance on improving the telegram bot in any way, that would be greatly appreciated.
